Band Baaja Baaraat actor is Deepika Padukone. Recently the
Aarakshan actor said that in the new lot of actors, she really likes Ranveer. She hasn’t been able to stop singing his praises ever since she watched his debut film.
Deepika is captivated by the tremendous screen presence and high-energy of this one-film wonder. We hope her admiration doesn’t go beyond professional interest. Remember how during the IIFA Awards show in Canada, Anushka Sharma turned green with envy when Ranveer dragged Sonakshi Sinha, who was seated in the audience, to shake a leg with him on stage? For the first time Anushka’s possessive streak was obvious. Can’t blame the young lady for the jealousy pangs though – after all, on Karan Johar’s chat show Sonakshi had said that she would like to date Ranveer. So even if Anushka and Ranveer are not dating, the two are very close friends and possessiveness is allowed in
